STRATEGIES FOR BREAKING THROUGH LONG-LASTING SITUATIONS
Breaking free from long-lasting situations requires intentional strategies and actions. Here are some strategies that can help:
- Surrender to God: Surrendering our long-lasting situations to God is the first step towards breakthrough. We need to acknowledge that we are unable to change our situations on our own and trust God to take control.
- Believe in God’s Power: Believing that God is able to do the impossible can help us approach our long-lasting situations with faith. We need to cultivate a mindset of trust and belief in God’s power to bring breakthrough.
- Speak God’s Word: Speaking God’s Word over our long-lasting situations can help us build faith and believe in His promises. We can declare His promises out loud and use them as a weapon against doubt and fear.
- Take Action: While we trust in God’s power, we need to take action toward our breakthrough. We can take steps that align with His will, such as seeking wise counsel, making changes in our lives, or taking risks in faith.
- Persevere in Faith: Overcoming long-lasting situations often requires persistence and perseverance in faith. We need to continue to trust in God and persevere in prayer and action, even when we don’t see immediate results.
- Celebrate Small Victories: Celebrating small victories along the way can help us maintain a positive attitude and keep our focus on God’s faithfulness. We can give thanks for the progress made and use it as motivation to keep moving forward.After all said and done, all battles are won first in the realm of the spirit and then the natural will follow. We are here to enforce what Christ has already won for us. The price has been paid from the foundation of the world. You are here to tell Satan to back off.
Psal 18:34-37 TPT
34You’ve trained me with the weapons of warfare-worship;
my arms can bend a bow of bronze.
35You empower me for victory with your wraparound presence.
Your power within makes me strong to subdue.
By stooping down in gentleness,
you made me great!
36You’ve set me free, and now I’m standing complete,
ready to fight some more!
37I caught up with my enemies and conquered them
and didn’t turn back until the war was won!
Give thanks to God, who has trained you with the weapons of warfare worship.
Your arms can do the seemingly impossible. His power is within you and makes you strong.
Give thanks because you have been set free, and you stand complete already,
You are empowered to fight. Thank God because your enemies have already been conquered.
Declare you will not give up until the war is won, amen.

- No more Delay
EZEKIEL 12: 28 Therefore say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “None of My words will be postponed any more, but the word which I speak will be done,” says the Lord God.’ ”
Cancel every ungodly delay to the manifestation of the breakthrough God has earmarked for you. Cancel every hinderance that the enemy has put in place./ Bring down the barriers and obstacles. Obstacles in your life and your family command it powerless in the name of Jesus.
- Roll away the stone.
Matthew 28: 2 And behold, there was a great earthquake; for an angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat on it.
Command angels to roll away the stones that the enemy has put to stop your breakthrough. Speak to that longstanding issue, and command it to be rolled away in Jesus’ name. The stone was rolled away.
- Victory on every side
Psalm 18:43-45 TPT
- You gave me victory on every side, for you make me a leader of nations. Even those I’ve never heard of come and bow at my feet.
- As soon as they heard of me they submitted to me. Even the rebel foreigners obey my every word.
- Their rebellion fades away as they come near; trembling in their strongholds, they come crawling out of their hideouts, cringing in fear before me.
What is their rebellion? It is that longstanding issue. It must fade away. The powers supervising delays and enforcing longstanding issues crawl out of their hideouts. They fear before you. They are defeated.

Declare “the courage of every demonic longstanding situation is bound in the name of Jesus.
The enemy will hear my voice and tremble and submit to me in the name of Jesus.
Every demonic force, every demonic opposition gathered against my breakthrough, be destroyed in Jesus’ name.
I command every opposition against my breakthrough to be moved in the name of Jesus.
- Forever silenced
Psalm 18: 40 You’ve made them all turn tail and run,
for through you I’ve destroyed them all! TPT
Decree “ every opposition is forever silenced. If it does not favour me, then be silent. Sentence the long-standing situation to death. Decree that the issue is silenced. It will no longer speak; it will no longer taunt you.

Declare this health issue, this joblessness, this lack of progress, this addition, this adultery and marital pain is forever silenced in the name of Jesus.
Declare no more affliction.
The strongman may have a legal right to afflict. Therefore, we must renounce the legal transactions.
I renounce every legal transaction that I entered into knowingly or unknowingly that has given Satan a legal right to afflict me. I am born of god, a new creation in Christ Jesus.
I am now in the lineage of Jesus Christ.
I declare that every record of accusation has already been cancelled by Jesus.
I declare Jesus took away the records and nailed them to His cross.
I shut every door of access to the enemy. I shut the doorway into my life and destiny by the blood of Jesus.
Every tree that my Heavenly Father did not plant, I uproot in Jesus’ name
- The Breakthrough
Numbers 23: 21 “He has not observed iniquity in Jacob,
Nor has He seen wickedness in Israel.
The Lord his God is with him,
And the shout of a King is among them.
22 God brings them out of Egypt;
He has strength like a wild ox.
23 “For there is no sorcery against Jacob,
Nor any divination against Israel.
It now must be said of Jacob
And of Israel, ‘Oh, what God has done!’
24 Look, a people rises like a lioness,
And lifts itself up like a lion;
It shall not lie down until it devours the prey,
And drinks the blood of the slain.”

Jesus’ sacrifice has removed every sin; therefore, the Lord does not observe iniquity in me. The Lord is with me. God brings me out of the captivity of that long-standing situation. God brings me out of the situation that has long held me captive. The powers of sorcery and divination are destroyed and will no longer prevail. Their tokens are powerless against my family and me.
Now it must be said of me, see what the Lord has done. Now I have been loosed, now I arise. No longer shall I lie down helpless.
I have broken through in Jesus’ name.
In conclusion
Heavenly Father, we thank You for breakthroughs from long-standing issues that have weighed us down for far too long. We declare Your promises over our lives, knowing that Your word is true and that you are faithful to fulfill all that you have spoken.
We declare that there will be no more delay in our lives, according to Ezekiel 12:28. Every hindrance, every obstacle, every blockade that has stood in our way is removed by Your mighty hand. We thank You that You make a way where there seems to be no way and that You bring us into the place of Your perfect timing.
We declare that the stone is rolled away, just as it was in Matthew 28:12. Whatever has been blocking our progress, whatever has been keeping us from moving forward, is now removed by Your power. We thank You that You have the power to roll away the stones in our lives and that You have done so in this moment.
We declare victory on every side, according to Psalm 18:43-45 TPT. We thank you that you are our shield and our defender and that you have gone before us to prepare the way. We declare that every battle we face is already won by your grace and that we will see the victory in our lives.
We declare that our enemies are forever silenced, according to Psalm 18:40. We thank you that you are our refuge and our strength and that you have given us the power to overcome. We declare that every voice that speaks against us is silenced by the power in the name of Jesus and that we are free to walk in the fullness of your purpose for our lives.
We declare the breakthrough that you have promised us, according to Numbers 23:21-24. We thank you that your plans for us are good and that you are faithful to fulfill them. We declare that every promise you have spoken over us will come to pass and that we will see the breakthrough we have been praying for.
We seal these declarations in the name of Jesus, knowing that you are the One who makes all things possible. We thank you for the breakthrough we have received, and we give you all the glory and honour for what you have done. in Jesus’ name Amen.
